Terms of Service

These terms apply when you request a quote, book an installation, or use the services of Priority Water Softener & Filtration (also known as Priority Water Softening), a DBA of Priority Washer and Dryer Rentals LLC, Las Vegas, Nevada.

The $2,799 price covers the complete system — whole-home water softener, whole-home carbon filter, and reverse osmosis drinking system — plus a standard installation on city water.

If a home needs well water treatment or additional plumbing work beyond a standard installation, we will quote it and get the customer's approval before starting. No surprise charges — ever.

We schedule installations at a time we agree on together. If something changes on either side, just let us know and we'll work out a new time. Someone 18 or older should be home during the installation.

We stand behind the systems we install. If something isn't working right, call or text us and we'll make it right. Manufacturer warranties apply to the equipment itself, and we'll walk you through what's covered.
